1. To begin, sign into the Zoom Web Portal (zoom.wfu.edu) and select “Sign In.”
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to your “Recordings” in the panel on the left side of the screen. You should now be able to see all of your recordings that are stored on the Zoom Cloud.
3. Locate the recording you wish to download.
4. Click “More” on the right side of the page. You will see an option to download your selected recording. Then select “Download” and your files will immediately begin downloading onto your computer.
You can view the help article about deleting files from Zoom Cloud to delete the file, once you download it to save Cloud storage space.
