If you are having trouble initially connecting to the Eduroam network and have previously connected to another universities eduroam wireless network, please follow the steps below:
Note: If you have successfully connected to eduroam on our campus using another institutions credentials, this may prevent you from accessing certain resources such as printers and file shares.
- Open Finder and search for Keychain Access.
- In the Keychain Access list(as shown below), look under the Name column for any entries with Eduroam in the name
- Select them individually and delete them
- Once removed from the list, close out of the Keychain Access window
- Attempt to connect to the Eduroam network again
- You will then be prompted for you WFU credentials (Enter your full @wfu.edu account as the username)
