Get it: Free and available to all Windows 11 laptops
From Microsoft: "ClipChamp is now Microsoft's official built-in video app for Windows 11. A video editor designed to make video creation easy for everyone, even for those with no prior editing experience. It allows you to combine video assets, images, and audio files together, as well as to add visual effects like text overlays, transitions, and filters. You can also add royalty-free stock videos, music, sound effects, stickers, overlays, backgrounds, and more. Easily save videos directly to your device once you've finished editing."
