Your current location is on or near campus
Please bring your device to The Bridge. We can offer diagnostics and facilitate the repair. The Bridge is located in the Z. Smith Reynolds Library on the main floor of the Wilson Wing. Our hours and location can be found on our website.
Your current location is in the United States, but you are not near campus
The WakeWare computer should have Safeware insurance coverage. Please reach out to SafeWare for assistance submitting a claim. They will be able to provide you with information on the most suitable repair options for your current situation. You can submit a new claim on their submit new claim page, it is recommended to have the serial number of your device handy. Your current location is outside of the United States
Repairs can be reimbursed up to the amount of coverage for the machine. Please contact Safeware before proceeding with a repair while abroad, as prior authorization is needed. Safeware's contact information page can be found on the Safeware contact page.
