Connect to eduroam wireless on your Windows device (Surface, Lenovo and other Windows laptops)

  1. Click the network icon in the system tray to view the list of available wired and wireless networks. Click eduroam to expand the listing, then click Connect. We recommend you also select Connect automatically.

  2. In the Sign in window, enter your full Wake Forest email address (username@wfu.edu), along with your WFU account password. Click OK.

  3. A security notification asks you to confirm you were expecting to find eduroam in your location. You can expect to find eduroam on all Wake Forest campus locations, as well as on other university campuses and other places of education and research (even museums). Confirm by clicking Connect.

    Windows 10 network connection notification, Continue connecting? If you expect to find eduroam in this location, go ahead and connect. Otherwise it may be a different network with the same name.

  4. You are now securely connected to eduroam. Congrats!

  5. We now suggest you forget the old WFUwireless network. Tap WFUwireless in your list of networks, then Properties, and Forget.
