Users may receive an Access Denied screen when trying to log into DegreeWorks. Users are getting this error message because they did not select “Log Out” during their last DegreeWorks session.
To sign into DegreeWorks, sign into your @wfu.edu account in a private browsing window and access DegreeWorks again. At the end of your DegreeWorks session, be sure to sign out. Alternatively you may need to clear your browser cache to access DegreeWorks normally if the issue is persistent.
