**If you need to schedule a meeting with more than 50 participants that includes external participants or requires a level of audience interaction, please complete the AskDeac Common Request Form to Schedule a Large Video Conference to obtain a special license and consult with a Multimedia Specialist.

Faculty, staff, and students are automatically provisioned Zoom Basic accounts when they sign in to Zoom. If you would like a Zoom Pro account, request one via the Zoom Pro License Common Request.
