It may be necessary to locate the name of your computer when accessing services such as CrashPlan.
Your OS Build version may be requested when troubleshooting your computer.
Windows 11
Click the Start button or the Search icon (magnifying glass) on the taskbar
Type System Information
Click the System Information app that appears in the search results
Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings
Click General
Click About
View your computer’s name to the right of the Name field
View your computer's macOS Version
