The Deacon OneCard office provides an easy to use site for updating a new WIN photo if your current photo is outdated. You are permitted to update your photo only once per semester. This process takes 2-3 business days to update. Visit and login to the Physical Security Technology and Deacon OneCard menu here: https://wakeforestuniversity.selfservice.vivantio.com/
- Scroll down to "Photo Submission" and choose "Replacement"
- If you are unable to use the online form, please email your photo as an attachment to deacononecard@wfu.edu..
