The IS Service Desk offers extended hours for tech support! Hours may be affected by holidays and campus closings so be sure to visit the Service Desk page for the latest information.

Support options include:

• AskDeac, Email, and Live Chat are available from 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday.
• Phone support is available from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
• Walk-in support is available from 8am - 9pm Monday through Thursday, 8am - 7pm Fridays, 12pm - 5pm on Saturdays, and 4pm - 10pm on Sundays.
• Canvas users are encouraged to utilize our WFU-dedicated 24/7 Canvas Support line at 833-383-5792.
