WakeWare Warranty Coverage

All WakeWare laptops have four years of extended warranty and Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) that covers drops, spills, cracked screens, and more. Our Service Desk guarantees loaner laptops for students having their laptop repaired on campus during the length of the repair. Dell laptops are covered under Dell ProSupport, Lenovo laptops are covered with Lenovo Premier Support, and Apple laptops are covered under Safeware, so you are supported even when away from campus.


Lenovo Premier Support

Lenovo Premier Support is Lenovo’s top of the line support and warranty service. This Premier Support includes four years of warranty and accidental damage protection, with unlimited repairs during the warranty period.

If you are in need of repair and on campus, our Wake Forest Tech Shop is certified to repair your laptop.

Having Premier Support means you have access to 24/7/365 advanced technical support. All Lenovo WakeWare laptops will have a sticker on the bottom of the laptop with the Support line information if ever away from campus needing assistance.

Safeware

Safeware is a leading provider of product protection and extended warranty solutions whose services come bundled with your Apple WakeWare laptop purchase. Safeware protects students and faculty on over 800 college campuses nationwide. If away from campus and ever needing repair, visit Safeware.com, report a claim, select advanced search and enter your serial number. You can also contact them by phone or email. 

Coverage includes 4 years of extended-warranty and Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) up to the full cost of your laptop. Our Tech Shop is certified to assist with all Safeware claims. Claims can be filed with Safeware directly if you are away from campus. They can also help locate an authorized repair center when you are traveling.

Dell ProSupport and Complete Care

Dell ProSupport and Complete Care is Dell’s premier support and warranty service whose services come bundled with your Dell WakeWare laptop purchase. If away from campus and ever needing repair, visit Dell ProSupport and enter your device's serial number. A variety of support options will become available to you. 

Coverage includes 4 years of extended warranty and Accidental Damage Protection (ADP). Coverage is limited to one accidental damage incident per year of coverage (four incidents total). Our Tech Shop is certified to repair your laptop. Claims can be filed with Dell directly if you are away from campus.
