Meeting in Personal Room

This is the WebEx instruction page on how to easily start a meeting in your "Personal Room".  

Step 1

Point your browser to wfu.webex.com.

Step 2

Click the Log In button on near the upper right-hand corner, and

enter your Wake Forest University login information.

Step 3

Select the Meeting Center tab on the left side, then click the green Enter Room button.
A new window should load, and you should be in your Meeting Room.

Step 4

To invite people into your Meeting Room, click on the Invite & Remind button near the center of the screen.
You can notify and invite potential attendees of your meeting by email or phone- just put in their email addresses

or telephone numbers into the appropriate tabs, press Send or Call, then Done.

Step 5

The invitees should have received a message with your meeting information.  This information contains a link to the

meeting under Join Webex Meeting. You can also have them forward that message onto other group members so they can join.
