3/11-WebEx Upgrade Brings New Feature

WebEx will be upgraded on Saturday, March 11, 2012 between midnight and 3:00 a.m. without service interruption.  A new client will automatically be offered when entering a WebEx session for the first time after the upgrade. After the upgrade, the following enhancement to WebEx Meeting Center will be available:

Video Quality Notifications
When sending or receiving video, a message may be displayed to the user indicating changes in quality.  If quality is degraded, suggestions on improving video quality may be presented.
