VPN Installation

Follow the steps below to install VPN. Please note that VPN is already included on most WFU standard ThinkPad software loads. Installation support is provided for computers issued by Information Systems.
1. Click the link above
2. Choose Save. Save the file to your desktop
3. Minimize all windows and double-click vpn.exe
4. At the next window, click Unzip
5. After it unzips, click OK, then Close
6. Double-click the new VPN folder on your desktop, then double-click setup.exe
7. Click Next
8. Click Yes
9. Click Next
10. Click Next (should take about 60 seconds)
11. Click Yes (this will restart your computer)
12. Proceed to VPN profile installation below
1. Right click on the link above
Firefox users choose "Save link as" and Internet Explorer users choose "Save target as"
2. Save the file to your desktop
3. Open VPN (Start > Programs > Cisco Systems VPN Client)
4. Click on Connection Entries and choose "Import" from the list
5. Browse to your desktop, click on the VPN profile you just saved to the desktop, and click Open
6. You should see the wfu-remote-XP.Vista-user profile now in the Connections Entries pane
