Information Systems provides support for administrative computing applications used by Wake Forest administrative offices and for standard software and hardware issued to staff as part of the Wake Forest technology initiative. ThinkPads

E-mail
All staff are given Wake Forest e-mail addresses. IS provides support for e-mail accounts and other e-mail services such as listservs.

Blackboard
Blackboard is a Web-based Course Management System that allows instructors an easy access point for various online course elements. Instructors and students can access materials at any time from any computer with an Internet connection.

Multimedia
Classroom multimedia, video conferencing, audio conferencing, cable TV and satellite services information.

Staff Training
The Z. Smith Reynolds Library Research, Instruction and Technology Services Group, the Professional Development Center and the Information Systems Learning Team offer classes throughout the year for staff.
