Unified Communications Service

Telecom is now offering a unified communications service called Nortel Call Pilot Desktop Messaging. This service will allow you to receive voice mail messages in your email inbox in addition to your voice mail inbox. This service is offered as a free addition to any campus phone extension with voice mail.  To request this service please use the telecom service request form.
