Call for Repair
Dial 758-4357 to speak to a Service Desk consultant. The Service Desk consultant will record the information related to your problem and submit your request to a telecommunications technician.
Students: When you submit a repair request, you are authorizing a telephone technician to enter your residence hall room. Employees at your residence hall front desk can provide access to your room for these repairs.
What Telecommunications Repairs
- No dial tone on your telephone.
- Static on your telephone line.
- Resetting voicemail passwords.
Note:
Information Systems repairs or replaces modular jacks and telephone lines at no cost unless the phone user is responsible for the damage. In such cases, "time and material" may be charged to complete the repair.
Information Systems does not repair non-University-owned equipment. For repair of non-University equipment, call or write the supplier.
