Submit an Issue

Use ResolveIT to create a support request ticket for in Remedy. Remedy is Information Systems incident tracking system.

With ResolveIT you can

  • Request help for ThinkPad, printer, cable television, and telephone repairs
  • Request a voicemail-box rebuild or a voicemail-box password reset
  • Request a new listserv or a new listserv owner
  • Request a new Web site or modify a Web site’s users
  • Copy or delete a Blackboard course (faculty only)
  • Check your ticket status and complete surveys

*For off-campus access to ResolveIT, you must first log in to VPN, and then log into ResolveIT

Request a Service Change or Enhancement

Use the Service Request Form to request Information Systems create a new service or a change an existing service. Then, submit it to Information Systems for review.
