VPN Installation for the T400 ThinkPad

To set up the VPN Client on the T400 ThinkPad, download and install this file to your desktop: T400vpnsetup.exe

Follow these instructions:
- On your desktop, double-click T400vpnsetup.exe
- Click Run when prompted.
- Select your preferred wireless VLAN (if you are a student, select Student, if you are faculty, select Faculty, etc.)
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Select Modify
- Click Next
Look for the bottom 3 options: Intel My WiFi Technology, Administrator Toolkit, and WMI Support
Click the drop-down arrow on all three of them and select X This feature will not be available.
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- When prompted, click Yes to restart the ThinkPad.
When restart is complete, the VPN Client Installation Wizard will begin.
- Click Next
- Click I accept the license agreement
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Click Finish
The VPN Install process is complete. It may take up to 1 minute for the WFU wireless profiles to appear.
