Upon launch, the VPN client window never appears. In the task bar, one can see an icon for the VPN client. Hovering over the icon displays a window, but it is not possible to display the corresponding window.
Here are values from a working vpnclient.ini file:
Hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE on your keyboard and the select Start Task Manager.
Under the Applications tab, find the VPN Client, right click and select Maximize. This should restore the window and allow you to adjust its size from there.
Note: It is not currently known if this is a permanent or quick temporary fix. Thus, if the issue is reoccurring, please refer to the first solution to resolve it permanently.
