Service Desk Hours

  • Service Desk walk-in support is located in room 256 of the Information Systems Building
  • Backup your data before you bring the ThinkPad to the Service Desk.
  • Your WFU ID card is required for ThinkPad pickup.
  • Your WFU ID card is required for IS Building access after 5PM and on weekends.
  • The Service Desk closes in conjunction with the University weather closings. Please look at www.wfu.edu for weather related closings. The WFU home page does not reflect Sunday Service Desk closings. Please call 758-HELP for weather related closings.
