Setup Thunderbird After Graduation

To setup Thunderbird to view your old e-mails after graduation, follow these instruction:

  • Opem Thunderbird.
  • Go to Tools>Account Settings.
  • Click Local Folders on the left.
  • On the right, under Local directory, click Browse.
  • Navigate to C:>Userdata>Thunderbird>Mail>pop.wfu.edu.
  • Click OK. Click OK to leave the Account Settings window.
  • Close Thunderbird.
  • Wait 60 seconds. Reopen Thunderbird.
  • You will now see your old e-mails. You will no longer recieve new e-mails here as your student e-mail account will disable after graduation. This will simply serve as an archive view of your old e-mails.
